Refund policy
At OATS SIP , we prioritize food safety, hygiene, and quality.
Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been delivered.
1. Returns & Exchanges :-
All food items are non-returnable and non- exchangeable Once delivered, products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refund Eligibility :-
Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:
• The product was damaged, leaked, or spoiled at the time of delivery.
• The order was missing or incomplete.
To be eligible:
• Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification.
6. Refunds Will Not Be Issued If :-
• The product does not match personal taste or preference.
• Incorrect address details were provided by the customer.
• The complaint is raised after the allowed time window.
7. Refund Process :-
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are completed within 5-7 working days.
